Kenny Slaught Gives Credit To UCSB Professor’s Important Research

A new global health and development research project called  “Strategy for development of enteric pathogen-specific phage” will be created by UCSB’s Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology David Low. The project will find ways to eliminate antibiotic resistant bacteria. Kenny Slaught notes that phage will be created to prevent enteric diseases in infants by identifying and killing bacteria.
